How a plan is agreed

The first step is to understand the garden, access, customer priorities and likely visit length. A first reset visit may be recommended before a shorter recurring schedule begins.

What can be included

Plans may combine lawn mowing, edging, weeding, border care, hedge and shrub maintenance, leaf clearance and seasonal priorities. The task mix changes through the year.

Visit frequency

Frequency depends on growth, presentation standard and how much work the customer carries out between visits. The plan can be reviewed after the first few visits.
